Key Responsibilities :
Assist with event setup, styling, and breakdown
Support event planners with logistics, timelines, and vendor coordination
Contribute to design execution, including décor placement and tablescapes
Provide on-site support during events to ensure a seamless guest experience
Assist with behind-the-scenes preparation and organization
Capture light content for brand use when applicable
Maintain professionalism and uphold the standards of Luxuria Affairs at all times
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and time management abilities
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Professional demeanor with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
Interest in luxury events, design, hospitality, or creative industries
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to the team
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Relevant coursework or hands-on experience in event coordination, design, or production
Certifications in event planning or hospitality (if applicable)
Previous internship or volunteer experience within the events industry is a plus
Education & Certifications (Preferred, Not Required)
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Relevant coursework or hands-on experience in event coordination, design, or production
Certifications in event planning or hospitality (if applicable)
