Key Responsibilities :
  • Assist with event setup, styling, and breakdown

  • Support event planners with logistics, timelines, and vendor coordination

  • Contribute to design execution, including décor placement and tablescapes

  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure a seamless guest experience

  • Assist with behind-the-scenes preparation and organization

  • Capture light content for brand use when applicable

  • Maintain professionalism and uphold the standards of Luxuria Affairs at all times


Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and time management abilities

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

  • Professional demeanor with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude

  • Interest in luxury events, design, hospitality, or creative industries

  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to the team

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, or a related field

  • Relevant coursework or hands-on experience in event coordination, design, or production

  • Certifications in event planning or hospitality (if applicable)

  • Previous internship or volunteer experience within the events industry is a plus


Education & Certifications (Preferred, Not Required)

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, or a related field

  • Relevant coursework or hands-on experience in event coordination, design, or production
