In this role, you will manage budgeting, reporting, and financial planning while ensuring compliance and supporting strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and expense management.

  • Develop and manage budgets for company operations and individual events, ensuring financial accuracy and cost control.

  • Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and analyses for leadership to support strategic decision-making.

  • Monitor cash flow, invoicing, and billing to maintain financial stability and efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.

  • Collaborate with event planners, operations, and leadership teams to provide financial guidance and insights.

  • Implement and maintain financial systems, processes, and controls to support scalability and operational excellence.

  • Assist with vendor contracts, client billing, and reconciliation of accounts related to events and services.

  • Identify opportunities to optimize financial processes, reduce costs, and improve reporting efficiency.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or related roles, preferably within luxury services, events, or hospitality.

  • Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and budgeting processes.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.

  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

  • High degree of integrity, discretion, and professionalism handling sensitive financial data.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment, balancing multiple priorities with precision.

Education & Certifications (Preferred, Not Required)
