Luxuria Affairs is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Day-of Event Coordinator to ensure flawless execution of luxury events. In this role, you will serve as the on-site point of contact, overseeing logistics, vendor operations, and guest experiences to guarantee that every event unfolds seamlessly and reflects the elegance and sophistication our brand is known for. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, proactive, and solution-focused, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining a polished and professional presence.


Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary on-site liaison for vendors, clients, and internal teams during events.

  • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring alignment with the design vision and client expectations.

  • Coordinate vendor arrivals, deliveries, and installation schedules, resolving any last-minute issues with professionalism.

  • Manage timelines and run-of-show schedules, keeping the event on track from start to finish.

  • Address and resolve on-site challenges or emergencies promptly, maintaining a seamless guest experience.

  • Ensure guest services and VIP needs are met, providing attentive and discreet support.

  • Collaborate closely with the event design and planning teams to translate creative concepts into flawless execution.

  • Document and provide post-event feedback to support continuous improvement and team learning.

Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in day-of event coordination, hospitality, or a related field—luxury events experience preferred.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage high-pressure situations calmly.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with vendors, clients, and team members effectively.

  • Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions on-site.

  • Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-end client experiences.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and travel for events as needed.

Education & Certifications (Preferred, Not Required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

  • Certifications such as Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP), or equivalent event planning coursework are advantageous.
