We are searching for an experienced and visionary Production Director to lead the technical production of our most spectacular luxury events. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of staging, AV, lighting, pyrotechnics, and large-scale technical installations—ensuring each production is executed with precision, safety, and artistry.

You will manage staging crews, technical teams, and vendor partners, working closely with our designers to align every technical element with the creative vision. From immersive gala experiences to breathtaking weddings, you will ensure each event is flawlessly delivered at the highest standard of production quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all technical production aspects, including AV, lighting, staging, pyrotechnics, and special effects.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in technical production, staging, or live event operations.

• In-depth knowledge of AV systems, lighting design, staging, rigging, and pyrotechnics.

• Proven leadership and vendor management experience in large-scale productions.

• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance protocols.
