Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, while prioritizing and optimizing time for leadership.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and vendors, ensuring professional and timely communication.
Coordinate virtual meetings, presentations, and video conferences, including preparation of agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, emails, and internal documentation with clarity, accuracy, and brand-aligned tone.
Assist with project management, including tracking deadlines, coordinating cross-functional tasks, and ensuring timely completion.
Conduct research, compile reports, and prepare briefing materials to support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience supporting executive-level leadership, preferably within luxury, lifestyle, or high-profile service environments.
Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize competing priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a polished, professional presence.
Proficiency in calendar management, email platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
Experience coordinating remote teams and virtual workflows is highly desirable.
