We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Event Production Associate to support the flawless execution of Luxuria Affairs’ luxury events. In this role, you will assist in bringing creative visions to life by handling on-site logistics, technical setups, and production tasks with precision, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, works collaboratively with a dynamic team, and maintains the high standards expected of a luxury events brand.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the setup, installation, and breakdown of event elements, including décor, furniture, lighting, and AV equipment.

  • Collaborate with the creative, design, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of the event concept.

  • Operate and manage technical equipment, such as lighting, sound, and staging, under the guidance of the Production Manager.

  • Ensure all event elements meet Luxuria Affairs’ quality and aesthetic standards.

  • Support logistical coordination, including loading/unloading, inventory management, and vendor communication.

  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols during event setup and breakdown.

  • Troubleshoot on-site issues with professionalism and efficiency, providing real-time solutions when necessary.

  • Assist in post-event wrap-up, including inventory checks, equipment maintenance, and storage.

Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in event production, staging, AV, or a related field; experience in luxury events is highly desirable.

  • Ability to lift, carry, and manage equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to follow direction in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a professional and adaptable demeanor.

  • Technical knowledge of AV, lighting, staging, or event equipment is preferred but not required.

  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to anticipate needs and execute tasks independently.

Education & Certifications (Preferred, Not Required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Production, Technical Theater, or related field is a plus.

  • Certifications in AV operation, stage management, or event production are advantageous.
