This role requires both commercial acumen and a refined understanding of the luxury market, enabling you to create partnerships that reflect our brand’s vision and prestige.

From securing exclusive collaborations with renowned fashion houses, champagne maisons, and lifestyle brands to negotiating sponsorships that enrich event offerings while optimizing budgets, you will be at the forefront of building alliances that define the Luxuria Affairs experience. The ideal candidate combines an extensive luxury network with exceptional relationship-building skills and a proven track record of driving impactful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, secure, and manage strategic partnerships and sponsorships that align with Luxuria Affairs’ brand values and event objectives.

  • Develop and nurture relationships with premier luxury brands, lifestyle partners, and industry influencers.

  • Negotiate contracts, sponsorship agreements, and collaboration terms to maximize value and ROI for both partners and Luxuria Affairs.

  • Collaborate with event planning and design teams to integrate brand partners seamlessly into event experiences.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor partnerships, and market opportunities to proactively expand Luxuria Affairs’ network.

  • Manage partnership activation, deliverables, and reporting, ensuring all agreements are executed flawlessly.

  • Represent Luxuria Affairs at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to foster new business relationships.

  • Work closely with Marketing, PR, and Social Media teams to amplify partnership visibility across channels.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in brand partnerships, sponsorships, business development, or related roles—preferably within the luxury, lifestyle, or events industries.

  • Proven success in securing high-profile partnerships and sponsorships that drive brand awareness, client engagement, and revenue.

  • Strong network within the luxury, fashion, hospitality, and lifestyle sectors.

  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align partnerships with brand objectives and client experiences.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple partnerships simultaneously.

  • Polished, professional presence and the ability to represent a luxury brand with credibility and sophistication.

Education & Certifications (Preferred, Not Required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
