Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage event schedules, budgets, and vendor contracts.
Source and secure venues, coordinating site visits and negotiations.

Oversee on-site event staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Coordinate guest logistics, from travel arrangements to VIP hospitality.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and professionally during events.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in luxury event planning, hospitality, or a related field.
Proven track record in managing high-profile events from start to finish.
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
Strong vendor management and client-facing expertise.
