Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage comprehensive event timelines, budgets, and vendor contracts to ensure flawless project execution.
Source and secure venues, coordinating site visits, proposals, and negotiations that align with client vision and brand standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with premium vendors and partners to guarantee superior quality and service delivery.
Lead on-site event operations, overseeing staff, vendors, and logistics to ensure seamless execution from setup to breakdown.
Coordinate all aspects of guest management, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and VIP hospitality experiences.
Anticipate and resolve challenges in real time with professionalism, composure, and creative problem-solving.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure that logistical execution aligns harmoniously with each event’s creative concept and aesthetic direction.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in luxury event planning, hospitality, or related fields.
Proven track record of managing high-profile, large-scale events from concept through completion.
Exceptional organizational, leadership, and time management skills with an acute attention to detail.
Strong vendor relations and client communication expertise, with a commitment to delivering a white-glove experience.
Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining poise, precision, and professionalism.
Education & Certifications (Preferred, Not Required)
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Public Relations, or Business Administration.
