We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Associate Event Designer to join our luxury events team. In this role, you’ll conceptualize and execute high-end event aesthetics, from mood boards and décor sourcing to on-site installations.

The ideal candidate has a passion for luxury design, a refined eye for detail, and a strong grasp of current trends and premium vendors. You’ll work closely with clients, vendors, and our internal team to ensure every element reflects our signature standard of elegance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative design concepts, floor plans, and visual presentations that align with each client’s vision and the Luxuria Affairs aesthetic.

  • Oversee the creative execution of event installations, décor elements, and styling to ensure seamless cohesion and luxury appeal.

  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with décor vendors, floral designers, rental companies, and other creative partners.

  • Maintain and elevate Luxuria Affairs’ design standards through innovation, attention to detail, and consistent excellence.

  • Supervise on-site event installations to ensure flawless execution, precision, and visual harmony.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in event design, interior design, floral design, or a related creative discipline.

  • Proficiency in industry-relevant design software such as SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or comparable platforms.

  • A refined creative eye with a strong understanding of color theory, texture layering, and spatial composition.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, project management skills, and the ability to balance creativity with logistical precision.

  • A genuine passion for curating elevated, story-driven experiences that embody artistry, emotion, and refined luxury.


Education & Certifications (Preferred, Not Required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Design, Interior Design, Fine Arts, or a related creative field.

  • Certified Event Designer (CED), Floral Design Certification, or completion of advanced Event Décor training programs is an advantage.
